A: Although Whitwell Middle School still receives paper clips on occasion, they are no longer actively collecting them.

A: They stopped counting at 30 million.

A: Linda Hooper retired as principal of Whitwell Middle School in 2010 and is now the Volunteer Coordinator for the Children’s Holocaust Memorial at Whitwell Middle School. Sandra Roberts teaches technology at Whitwell Middle School and continues to teach the 8th grade Holocaust Studies class as well. David Smith is the principal of Whitwell Elementary School.
